"We are so grateful for Scott and Chris at 2nd Street Repair. They helped us turn something that had potential to be very stressful and a setback for our vacation into something effortless and relieving. From the moment we called them after pulling over on I-80 because our muffler broke they not only assisted us with getting set up for repair first thing the next morning, they helped us get into town (we were about 45 minutes away) and helped us with a hotel. It was nighttime and most places were closed at this point. Truly just amazing individuals who clearly take pride in the work they do and genuinely care about others whether friends, family, or complete strangers. The muffler repair was done professionally, quickly, and at an incredibly reasonable price. We truly felt like we were meant to breakdown in this area just to find this shop and have such an exceptional experience. We don’t live close to them at all but wish they were closer and are already joking about the next road trip we should make when we know we have some repairs that need to be done. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone and everyone in this area. Thank you Scott and Chris for being truly genuine, professional and knowledgeable. Scott even walked my husband back through the shop, showed him what he was doing and informed him throughout the whole process. A++++++++"

"Amazing experience with Second Street Towing and Repair! We were stranded on the side of the interstate in intense heat away from any businesses and Scott stopped what he was doing to come help us. He even accommodated our family of six with an extra car to follow the tow and run to get lunch while he and his crew worked! He and his wife went the extra mile to be hospitable, communicate well, work quickly, and get us back on the road before closing. We felt cared for and not taken advantage of, even though it would have been easy to do with us not having other options. So thankful we reached out to Second Street and would highly recommend them to others!"

"Like all the other reviews, we had a great experience with Scott and Travis. We had a breakdown off 80 on July 3. No other places were available, but Scott answered his phone. Even though he was heading out of town he took the time to help me and my entire family safely get to his shop. We had to continue our trip due to the nature of the issue, and his son Travis took the time to drive us over an hour away to Omaha for our car rental! Top-notch guys, great quality work. I would highly recommend if you’re traveling, or a local!"

"Couldn’t be more Grateful for Scott. We called him at 11pm on a Friday night with a flat. Within 20 minutes he had a spare on our van and we were following him back to the shop. He patched our tire and had us on our way. Phenomenally kind guy who was only looking to help. Not too many people like him in this world. And cute cats to hang out with while we waited for the patch to dry. Can’t recomend enough. Deserves 10 stars."
